The state conference is being held during the Columbus Day weekend.  Marvin Blickenstaff is the featured speaker and is a well-known teacher, lecturer, performer, and author.  Margaret Young, Professor at the Ohio State University-Lima campus, will present a session on current research in sight reading.  The Anderson & Roe Piano Duo will be in concert on Monday evening and will lead a master class, as well as a question and answer session on Tuesday morning.
