Board Meetings will be held at the Fireside Room at Westerville Christian Church (471 East College Avenue, Westerville) – one mile East of Otterbein University.  All board meetings begin at 9:30 a.m.;  Officers and Committee Chairmen are expected to attend.  Please bring two copies of a written report explaining activity in your assigned area of responsibility.  Chairmen need to submit three copies of an event program (if applicable).  Board members will receive a call letter with details and agenda approximately two weeks before each meeting.
