The Fall Board Meeting will be held at the Westerville Public Library (126 South State Street, Meeting Room B). The Winter and Spring Board Meetings will be held at Westerville Christian Church, (471 East College Avenue, Westerville) – one mile east of Otterbein College). All board meetings will begin at 9:30 a.m., and Officers and Committee Chairmen are expected to attend every board meeting.  Please bring two copies of a written report explaining activity in your assigned area of responsibility.  Chairmen need to submit three copies of any program from their event.  Board members will receive a call letter with complete details and agenda approximately two weeks before the meeting.
