Our District is included in MTNA’s Group Exemption Roster under Section 501(c)(3). Our number is 31-1590767; our District’s Group Exemption Number is 3539. Do not pay tax, as it will not be reimbursed. Please have all checks made out to OhioMTA. Do not take expenses out of the collected fees. Submit expenses for your event within 30 days of the event’s ending. You will be reimbursed promptly. All check requests must be made in writing with your receipts. It is important to remain within your budget (see pages 9+10). Any requests for additional funds must be brought before the board. Please give at least one week‘s notice when making requests for checks written to event judges.
