Our District’s Annual Membership Meeting will be held in conjunction with our Spring Conference on Monday, April 16, 2012. At this time, we will approve the 2012-2013 budget and vote on any changes to our Constitution and Bylaws. This meeting is also a forum where members are encouraged to bring forward items for consideration. Due to time constraints, please notify the president by April 9, 2012 of any items you want to address.
