• Please forward the name of any non-member music teacher to the membership chairman. She will send printed information about OhioMTA and MTNA and invite the teacher to an informational luncheon in the spring.
• Reminder – Our District Directory of membership is placed in every public library in Franklin County, main libraries of other counties, music stores and college music offices. Please advise parents looking for a teacher to use this resource as well as the complete directory on this website at the following link:  District Directory  Partial directories of OMTA teachers can be found by logging onto www.ohiomta.org or www.mtna.org. More information about our local chapter and membership may also be found on this website. Our Vice President of Member Services maintains a list of local teachers who have openings in their studios.
• You are urged to include information about your membership in this national professional association in your studio policy, resume, recital program, newsletters, etc. Certified members may use the certification logo, for example, on stationery and business cards. Please help educate parents and the community about the meaning of OhioMTA, MTNA and NCTM (Nationally Certified Teacher of Music).
