Congratulations…

on this special day for our district to Laura Chu Stokes who aptly coordinated our biennial Scale Olympics!

Big thanks also to the many volunteers, helpers, judges, and teachers involved. It took an army to pull it off, but we did it, and quite successfully.

More exact statistics are forthcoming. For now we’ll just say that we processed more than 300 happy students throughout the day at the Battelle Fine Arts Center at Otterbein College. Parents were comfortable in either the auditorium or the lobby. Teachers and volunteers were well-fed and caffeinated! What a joy to see so many well-prepared pianists as well as new members participating.
