SCHOLARSHIPS – SUMMER MUSIC STUDY
New Guidelines for Student Events for 2012:
1. If you are using music from a download or computer-generated music, you will be required to submit the “Copyright Representation and Indemnification Agreement for Use of Downloaded/Computer-Generated Music” form for each piece with your application. This form is found by clicking on the link below:

2. Teachers are NOT to give out the Chairperson’s contact information to participating students. Students may be disqualified from an event if direct contact with the Chairperson is made by anyone other than the teacher.
3. Judges may NOT discuss comments about a student’s performance with the student, parent or teacher. If there is a question, it should be discussed only with the Chairperson of the event. The Chairperson is the liason between the judges and students, parents, and teachers.
