All-Ohio Competition Duettists (AOCD) is a statewide piano duet competition held during the OhioMTA State Conference beginning in 2009.
Students may enter to perform works in the following categories: one piano, four hands; two pianos, four hands; or two pianos,eight hands. Each registered ensemble is required to perform a “Classical” piece and a “Creative” piece. The Classical piece can be chosen from the Baroque, Classical or Romantic periods. The Creative piece is performed in costume representative of the composition.
The registration deadline for the 2009 competition is March 1st, 2009.
